DMCA / Takedown Policy

F95TO respects the intellectual property of others. We host no game files — every card only links to external pages (official developer pages and community mirrors) — but we will still promptly process valid takedown requests.

To file a DMCA notice, send an email to [email protected] including: (1) identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; (2) the exact URL of the card on f95zoneto.to that is subject of the claim; (3) your contact information; (4) a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent or the law; (5) a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf; (6) your physical or electronic signature.

Upon receiving a valid notice we will remove or disable access to the listed material within 72 hours. If you are a game developer, you can also simply ask us to point a card’s buttons to your official page instead — we usually prefer that outcome for everyone involved.
